To communicate successfully, we must frame our words so the other person can hear and understand what we say. If we fail to consider how the person we’re talking to will receive our words, we shoot ourselves in the foot. And if we want something from them, doesn’t it make sense to frame it in a way that makes it good for them to say yes?
